Zudy Fardy is a legal professional with an academic background in law, holding a Bachelor of Law degree (Trisakti University, Jakarta) and a Master of Law degree in Business Law (International University of Batam, Batam). He is currently pursuing a Doctoral Program in Business Law (Trisakti University, Jakarta). He has expertise in corporate matters, international law, arbitration, and agrarian law, as well as extensive experience in handling both litigation and non-litigation cases.
Zudy Fardy is the Founder and Managing Partner of ZFL Law Firm and is recognized as one of the leading corporate lawyers in Batam.
As a lawyer, he has more than 10 years of experience in various areas of practice, including corporate law, mergers, acquisitions, liquidation, debt restructuring, property, family law, and labor law, covering both alternative dispute resolution and court litigation.
