Zudy Fardy Lawfirm is a law firm established based on the deed of establishment of Fardy & Partners Lawfirm No.18 dated February 15, 2022, before Notary Dyah Sulistyoningtyas Kusumowardhani, S.H., M.Kn. Zudy Fardy Lawfirm (ZFL) focuses on handling legal issues both in non-litigation and litigation matters. In resolving cases non-litigiously, ZFL offers dispute resolution processes such as consultation, negotiation, and mediation.

In the consultation process, ZFL has assisted many clients by providing advice and legal steps that can be carried out independently by the client without the assistance of a lawyer. This is very helpful for clients in reducing unnecessary costs, as the legal actions advised can be implemented and executed by the clients themselves, either individually or through the management of a company.

In the negotiation process, ZFL conducts the process professionally by considering not only the legal perspective but also the business and profit perspective. ZFL strongly believes that the purpose of the negotiation process is to ensure that clients achieve their expected results without the opposing party feeling defeated.
